Appointment Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
At Willits Veterinary Hospital, we are committed to providing each patient with personalized, timely care. This policy helps ensure that we can meet the needs of all pets while maintaining the highest level of service for your furry family members.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least a 24-hour notice. This allows us to accommodate another pet who may be in need of care. If less than 24 hours of notice is given, a fee will be charged.
Late Arrival Policy:
To give your pet the attention and care they deserve, our veterinarians set aside dedicated time for each appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late makes it difficult for us to perform a thorough exam and will result in a reschedule, as well as a fee.
